Perfect posture; it's from all of the dancing he's done throughout the seventeen years of his life.
Clothing style
Depending on where he's at or who he's with it changes. If he's with friends or hanging around it'll be jeans and a polo - very clean cut or a nice button down shirt with jeans. If he's with family or attending something fancy he'll dress in slacks, dress shoes and either a button down or a suit.
Basic appearance
Standing at an average five foot nine, Seth has almost, over-exaggerated blond hair. He's not an eye sore but he's also not the center of everyone's attention.
personality
& phobias
1. Coulrophobia - the legit meaning behind, a fear of clowns. When Seth was young, his parents took him to the circus and ever since, he's been petrified of clowns.
2. Aquaphobia - He fears being drowned in water. When little, his older brother pushed him into the swimming and held him under for a little while.
3. Autophobia - the fear of being alone. Seth has always been surrounded by people he loves or is friends with.
& the good
1. Outspoken - Seth isn't afraid to tell what he is thinking.
2. Outgoing - Seth isn't afraid to explore new things, except when it comes to his sexuality.
3. Charming - Seth uses his charm to win over the ladies and teachers or just adults in general. Usually it allows him to get what he wants and sometimes it can get him into some pretty sticky situations.
& the ugly
1. Charming - Again, it can be used to his advantage, but sometimes leads him into sticky situations.
2. Likes to flaunt his money - Many people think that Seth is cocky and arrogant because he likes to brag about how many yachts and fancy things his parents own.
3. Arrogant - Again, he likes to talk, and is sometimes all talk. Seth's money goes to his head.

History
Born on July 17, 1991 to Mr and Mrs. Amstel in Los Angeles, California, Seth was the youngest of three kids. Seth and his family hardly moved around. They remained in California until Seth was old enough to attend high school and then made sure they sent him off to a prestigious school.
Seth was sent to private school for all of his schooling so Eddingborough was appropriate for him, or so his parents thought. His love for dancing came on when he was around the age of eight and he watched his sister, Kathleen compete in one of her many contemporary competitions. Seth immediately started dancing around with Kathleen, begging her to teach him different ballet movements.
Around age thirteen, Seth had been dancing up at the studio where his sister attended for about 5 years and he began dancing his way through middle school and into the hearts of many. Seth's mother loved the fact that her son had accepted the fact that her son had a love for ballroom and ballet. Unfortunately, Seth's father thought differently. He shunned Seth, not speaking to him from age nine and on. Mr. Amstel just couldn't believe that his son was a ballerina. It was part of the reason why Mr. Amstel sent him to Eddingborough, so he wouldn't have to look at his son. His mother had little say in the matter.
Now, Seth attends Eddingborough with the thought that he will someday prove his father wrong and show him that men can wear tights, leotards and some make up and still score it with the ladies.

Suspense was killing him. The blond, pale boy stood in the bathroom fidgeting with his hair. It was driving him nuts. It hung loosely in his face and then sometimes poked him in the eye when he flicked his head to the side to remove the bangs. Seth Amstel looked in the mirror at his pale complexion. His skill was relatively flawless, a gift from his mother. He was lucky for a boy his age, clear skin. Not many shared the same fate as Seth.
He splashed some cold water on his face just to cool himself down since he seemed to panicking over something that had nothing to do with school. Or it did, but it just didn't have to be thought about right now. The seventeen year old boy walked from the bathroom and threw himself onto one of the beds that was pushed against the wall.
The room was boring. It was like all of the other private school dorm rooms that he had stayed in. Bland colors and the most simple furniture. It didn't matter to Seth what condition the room was in. He wouldn't be spending much time in there anyway. Seth hated wasting time, especially when he could of been doing something better, like perfecting his routine for one of his upcoming competitions.
That was right. He was supposed to help Kathleen his sister choreograph that one. Damn. Well, he could still choreograph and then send it to his sister via text message or some other type of communication. Seth rolled over onto his side and curled himself up, almost cradling himself on the bed. He wanted to be out of here so bad. Boys like him weren't supposed to be stuck in private schools without decent art programs.
Oh right, his father specifically picked Eddingborough because they didn't have anything dance-related here. Which meant that Seth would have to find somewhere every night to rehearse his routines for the competitions over the summer. Or even just to stay in shape.
Seth stretched out now and rolled onto his back, staring blankly up at the ceiling. It was only a matter of time before he met his roommate.
