Claude in the Courtyard [open, mature...maybe?]

"Wasnt assault?" Claude repeated with a brow raised, yet head tilted a bit playfully. That was all Claude was sometimes, a little dog. A god awful dog that would eat your shoes if you pissed him off. "How wasnt it assault?! You kneed me for god sakes!" And, he kneed him harshly, if he may add. "Self defense my ass." He muttered.

"And, I didnt 'vandalize' your property until after you resisted the law." Claude pointed out. "I flicked your smoke out after you wouldnt leave." Claude, though tensed above him, seemed rather at east. "Liked it? Bull shit."

Whatever teasing quality Claude also held, was wiped away now. None of his business, eh? Well, he could understand that, only that kind of thing wasnt going to fly now. Everything was his business now. "Everything is my fucking business if I make it mine." Claude shrugged easily. "What do you know? I'm making it my business. Care to share with the class?" He asked, smirking again.

He could feel his own body tense up, suddenly realising that Claude was not at all as relaxed and he seemed to be. His eyes narrowed defensivly, though surprisingly he found he was forcing himself to relax..to stay calm and not do anything irrational.
He found himself not really registering what Claude was saying...he could hear the words perfectly clearly, but they had no meaning behind them. He blinked a few times, before replying " aw come on. You know you did. Otherwise you wouldnt be trying so hard to be so close to me"

"See thats where your wrong" Klint growled, this time forcing it to stay a growl..though he oh so wanted to just purr and melt against Claude..."Its not your business if I dont want it to be"
That is when he suddenly tensed, jerking his body to the side in an effort to get out from under the brute ontop of him. Well..he didn't accomplish that, but he was surprised to find that one of his arms were free. He couldn't help the sneer that was plastered on his face before he suddenly lashed out,his fist cracking against Claude's jaw...for the second time.

Only moments after, before Claude could react, Klint's hand shot out again, this time tangling his hand in the other's hair. With a grunt he pulled Claude's face towards his own, crushing their lips together roughly. He felt an electrifying like jolt pass through him, arching his b ack pressing against Claude's body as his mouth worked against the unsuspecting boy's own.

"I'm not wrong at all." Claude forced also in a growl. "I'm perfectly right. Get over it. You just-" He broke off, flinching as he saw that hand pull back. He growled a curse under his breath, not realizing his own foolishness by letting Klint have one free arm. That was what he got for his relaxed body.

But, the next second was the most confusing. Right as Claude lifted his head to soothe the damaged area, his head was forced back down by the root of his hair, his lips mashed with Klint's. What?! He didnt know this guy. He.. he didnt like this guy. Sure, he had daydreamed a bit..but that was perfectly normal, right? He didnt even know this guy's name. This.. this couldnt be happening.

Only it was.

Talk about identity crisis.

But, even Claude could admit, though the action was surprising, it was welcomed in every sense possible. Surprisably, Claude's lips werent stone beneath the other boy's, working against him.
